The gramatically correct use of periods aside from signaling the end of a sentence is to put three periods with one space in between them.

Actually, correct grammar dictates that no spaces should be between the three periods. Like this...

No! If you put three periods together in a word processor it will separate them with spaces.

Not my word processor, and I use MS Word. It actually will combine all three periods into a unique, one-character ellipsis (the actual name for it). What program do you use, anyway?

Staroffice 6.0 Anyway, I have it right from the mouth of a book writer that it is gramatically correct to put one space in-between each of the three periods.

Probably an American writer. Draxas, do you have your MS Word set to English or American English?

American English, of course. Can't be having my spell checker dropping random "ou"s into words, or people will look at me funny. Speaking of funny, I find it rather amusing that about 90% of the posts in this topic have nothing to do with the band it's supposed to be about. Then again, who's ever heard of Yellowcard? But grammar, that's IMPORTANT ;D.

See! Lol, I set mine to American English and it's really annoying! If I spell colour like I just spelled it then I get the BIG RED LINE!

on the radio now...gone tomorow...just another fad band with a hit that has a catchy tune...and not the first rock group to incorporate a violin or other "out of place" instrument into their music...
