*Dark Combat still playing*
N3B murmured in his sleep. "No...not the mast...no...curse you..."
*SLAP*
"WAKE UP GOLDILOCKS!" Snake shouted at N3B, who now had a large hand mark on his face. "We're almost there."
"Couldn't you just tap my shoulder?"
"Tried that."
"Water?"
"That too..."
"Why am I not wet then?"
"Okay...I just always wanted to do that."
"Remind me the beat you severely later."
The two laughed as they began to gather their equipment. N3B placed his helmet on his head as he loaded his RCP-120. Snake slipped clips through his cyclones and holstered them at the ready. Niff attatched a scope to the top of his Falcon 2 and attatched a silencer to the front. Ranger picked his sheath from the floor and removed the large sword from inside. He slung the sheath on his back and lifted the heavy sword with both hands, watching it gleam in the light. He then placed it in his sheath. Storm stood somewhat nervously with his AR34, mentally preparing for his first major mission. Majora and Phoenix stood side by side in their Skedar forms near the cockpit, chatting to eachother. Majora lifted his battle staff from his hip and loaded a rocket in, while Phoenix attatched clips to his Maulers. Both enjoyed how uncomfortable they were making the pilot as they spoke to eachother in Skedar. Magnum finally finished polishing his DY-LXs and stood up. He holstered his pistols and stood impatiently tapping his foot. The mysterious new fighter Hawkeye loaded his CMP150 as he leaned against a corner. Phife loaded the last bullet into his DY-357s and spun the chambers as he holstered his only weapons. He picked the mines that Razor had given him from the ground and tried to think of where to put them. Down in the streets, General watched as the Dropship in the distance slowly closed in. Razor stood alone looking out the partially opened hatch. He was now fully armored, and his cloak blew behind him in the wind. He gripped his sword tightly as he looked out and waited. The feeling that his brother was near strengthened until he appeared. Sinim flew beside the ship on Razor's bike. He wore a brown cloak with no hood that blew lightly in the wind behind him. He smiled at his brother and pulled in beside the ship. He jumped from the bike and landed beside Razor. The bike flew off on autopilot. The others looked up, relieved to have another person with them for the fight.
Standing atop a distant skyscraper, a tall, dark figure stood. He laughed to himself. "Two down, one to go, eh oh brother of mine?" he said in a sing-songy voice. "If you only knew that all of your hopes were in vain, that all of your hard work was only to aid in the destruction of the universe!" He began to laugh maniacally to himself.
*Fade back to dropship*
"Okay guys, we're here, it's go time," Razor said to the group. "N3B, Phife, Magnum, you're with me. Everyone else, follow the mission...blow out that side wall undetected and get in there...we're gonna need your backup."
"Well, what are you doing?" Storm asked.
"We're running distraction. That place is too tight for you to get beside the building without being seen unless the guards are looking somewhere else. That's where we come in."
"But-"
"No buts, this is the only way. We'll be fine...plus we got these extra explosives." The dropship landed on the ground with a thud. "Now, lets move out!" The group stormed from the ship. Razor, N3B, Phife, and Magnum headed straight for the main entrance of the building, while the others took a back alley, grabbing General on the way.
The four looked at the entrance from around a corner. Four guards, each armed with a Superdragon, stood guard. They waited until the patrolling hovercopter was behind the building before stepping out. "Hello there, boys!" Phife called out. The guards jumped and lifted their rifles before 2 magnums, a magsec, and a falcon shot rang out into the night. All four guards fell to the ground in heaps as Razor, N3B, Magnum, and Phife bolted towards the building. They looked through the glass doors. The lobby was huge, with red carpeting and a large central pair of escalators. Razor looked down at the ground at his feet and at the turing glass door way. He looked at the others. N3B pulled out an N-Bomb and Magnum grabbed a flash grenade. Razor grabbed one of his grenades and pushed the door. The guards all moved suspiciously towards the spinning doors as all three pulled out the pins and kicked the grenades through the turning door. A bright flash blinded the guards as they were engulfed by the swirling vortex created by the N-Bomb. The grenade exploded in the middle of this, blasting a hole in the floor and flinging about 10 guards away, lifeless.
*Cue dD Extraction X*
The four charged into the building. Razor flipped the hood of his cloak back and grabbed a Callisto from his back. N3B grabbed his RCP-120 and used his Lavers to keep up with the other three. Magnum and Phife pulled the hammers back on their magnums and fired a pair of shots to either side, downing four more guards. Under a hail of gunfire the three made it to the escalator. "Magnum...set it for 15 seconds!"
Magnum grabbed one of the timed mines and planted it on the side of the escalator as the other three kept their heads down, popping up to fire off a few shots to the multitude of guards suppressing them.
*THE BATTLE HAS BEGUN!*

OOC: Essentially...... but the other group will compltete it..... A post for the day before i begin the long journey to Funeraland such.... sigh .... and razor, what are "lavers"?
------------------ The escelator exploded, sending shrapnel everywhichway, sending stray guards behind walls and to safe havens. Phife and Magnum fired some shots off at the walls, a few bullets penetrating the cinderblocks and striking the guards through the wall. Razor and N3B continued up the disengaged escelator, firing off RC-P and Callisto shots at oncommong guards. From behind, Phife and Magnum had finished their reign of mayhem, and had made it up to the second floor as well.
"Over there" Phife said, pointing a magnum at a stairwell. "We'll need to get up to the higher level offive floors; that way looks clean."
N3B slammed the door open with his foot, as Razor, Phife and Magnum charged in to the open stairwell. It was silent in the stairwell; the higher levels must not have heard their loud entrance.
"Well phooey!" Magnum muttered, sighing at the lack of guards to kill. N3B was confuddled by his choice of words by saying 'phooey'.
"No problem.... " N3 said, taking a remote mine off his belt, and throwing it over the ledge and onto the 3rd floor door. Pressing the button on the detonator, the door burst into bits, all flying down into the depths of the stairs as several sprinklers went off above. They all barreled up the stairs and into the business room, where none other than a mass of guards wait, a few dead bodies before them, taken out by N3's explosion. Bullets filled the room, comming from both ends. Superdragons vs. Magnums, a callisto and an RC-P. The 4 retreated into the stairwell as bullets whizzed over their heads. Razor layed on his stomach on the stairs, peeking his head up to fire off a few shots every now and then. Magnum and Phife both looked to N3B, who seemed rather confused.
"Cloak that thing and take them out" Phife and Magnum both said in unison. N3B looked down at his belt; he only had 4 clips of extra ammo for his RC-P. But he had plenty of ZZT and magnum ammo. Shrugging this fact off, he flipped a switch on the side of his automatic, and a field of nothing swept around him. Running into the room once the firing had ceased, N3B swept around behind the crew of about 8 or 9 and had used about 40 bullets in doing so. Pulling the trigger, he uncloaked with the loud "FWWZGKT" sound, and fired off several shots, most landing in the head or neck of the Black Council force.
The guards all dressed in black lay on the ground in their own blood and empty cartriges as the 4 walked over them. Smirking, N3B grabbed a SuperDragon and a few clips off of the floor and stowed it on his back. "A little extra firepower," he said, in reference to his new weapon "Just in case."

Ranger had taken his sword out of its sheath shortly before the went and made a small cut on his arm and drank the blood. It was a practice he upheld so that he could show his praise the ones who had made him this sword. He quickly sheathed it again and began with the second group to make it around a side entrance. As they approached he unsheathed the sword again to cut the door down. He put it back in its sheath and this time brought out his Falcons. He watched as the others were around him as they snuck in. they all avoided the body of a worker that had been at the door when it was cut down.
Some complained about being more careful and Ranger concurred and held back a little from the group as he looked for something else to do. He had heard the action around the front and wished he was there. He quickly left the group down one of the side passageways. He had found a camera and shot it out. Now he was following the cords in hope to find the security center he was sure to find fun in there and he could help them from the inside right there.

Storm was in the middle of the second group. Since this was stealth, he pulled out his Mediators, and screwed silencers onto the front of each gun. He heard gunfire and looked back to notice Ranger was gone. He slowly dropped back to the back of the group, and ran off to find what happened. He walked around the corner to find a guard looking at a video camera that had apparently been shot out. He took out the guard with a shot to the forehead. He guessed the Ranger was following the wires of the camera to try and get somewhere, so he decided.
"Whats he thinking", he whispered to himself, "Razor told no one to go off alone, to have at least one other person with you."
Storm continued following the wires, wondering where the hell Ranger was. He walked around a corner, and saw the ground floor security center. Ranger was inside cussing at the computers, and not paying attention to what was going on around him. Storm ducked back behind the wall when he saw a group of guards come running down the hallway, but, fourtnatly they ran right past, apparently going to wherever Razor's group was. Storm quickly gor across the hallway and into the security room.
"Having some trouble, are we?"
"Shut up, the security codes are heavily encrypted. Now I've found out that each floor has it's own security station. That's gonna make it a lot more difficult. I've also found out that each one runs independantly of the others, so if one goes down, the other don't know it. We have to crack the code and shut the systems down that way, if we just rip the wires, it'll set off an alarm."
Storm looked around the room for anything that might help. He was a cabniet marked "In case of emergency or new employee". He pulled it open, breaking the lock open in the process. Inside he found a paper containing all the codes for the ground level station. He gave them to Ranger who inputted them into the computer. The computer activated with an "Acess Granted". Ranger and Storm both started looking through the computers to find anything important, but there wasn't anything. They deactivated all the ground floor security systems, than encrypted the system with codes of their own.
"Get Down!" Storm whispered. Ranger and Storm both dropped to the floor. They heard a guard walk past singing "Play that Funky Music White Boy" to himself. They got back up, and were looking a patrol of ten guards right in the face. The both grabbed their silenced pistols and started taking out guards. One ran for the alarm, but it didn;t work, since it was deactivated. One by one the guards fell. Storm and Ranger kept their pistols out, in case of any more danger, and headed off to find the rest of their group.

OOC: the Lavers are your boots...you said you wanted to use them in this arena.
"Well...I think we've given the others time to get in undetected...we're gonna need to meet up."
"I'll give them the message," Magnum said as he turned on his comlink. "Okay, I assume you guys are in...meet us on the fourth floor."
He turned to the others and nodded, and they started towards the fourth floor. Just as they reached the stairs a mass of guards approached them from the top and bottom. "Stairs are a no go...find an elevator!" shouted N3B.
The four bolted down the tile hallway until the found a very fancy looking elevator. "Get in...hurry!"
Phife pressed the up arrow button several times. "This is gonna take a little bit."
"Here they come!" warned Magnum. "We've got to hold them off!"
"N3B?" Razor said looking at his N-Bombs.
"You got it...HEY LOSERS!!!! CATCH!!!!!" he said as he tossed his second N-Bomb right into one of the guards. The guards began to slump to the ground as they were caught in the swirling vortex. A cheery ding was heard over the wind and the elevator doors slid open. The four battlers stepped in and Phife hit the button marked "4."
*Cue CI theme elevator music*
The four stood nervously, tapping their feet or fiddling with their guns. Just before the music drove Magnum insane, the cheery ding sounded out and the four stepped out of the elevator. Razor grabbed one of his proxy mines and placed it right inside the elevator door. "Let's hold out here and wait for the others...hopefully they'll be smart enough to grab some schematics from the computer systems so we can find those files along with a few other tidbits...

Majora watched as Storm and Ranger headed off to the left, "Ok guys, here's the deal, I think we should split up, we can cover more ground that way, they'll go that way and we'll go this way."
"Who made you leader?" Asked Hawkeye
"Nobody, but I think we should do that, those who disagree raise their hand." Nobody did.
"Fine then, let's go." Said Majora.
Majora pulled out his Maulers, Phoenix Also pulled out a Mauler, Hawkeye pulled out a Tranquilizer, and General pulled out his Falcon 2 scope and silencer.
"All right, let's go." Said Majora.
"All right since this is a stealth mission what do you say we get some disguises." Said General.
"Good idea, anyone have an idea where that is?" Asked Majora
"Well, I have an idea to get the info we need." Said Hawkeye.
"How?" They all asked.
"Well there is a computer terminal room down the hall, and we can pull the buildings schematics from the computer."
"How do you know that?"
"I have my sorces."
"All right, anyone have a better idea?"
"Let's go!!"
The 4 of them took off down the hall and opened the door down the hall, it opened to a hallway quite similar to the one in dD: Investigation.
The 6 guards saw them and began firing in unison, the Superdragons firing in a harmony of death. Majora pulled a snap shot that hit one of the guards in the chest blowing his lungs through his back.
The group collapsed against the wall and began hiding and firing, no one on either side getting hit.
"We need to take them out before even more guards show up." Started Majora, "Phoenix could you cloak over there and take them out?"
"Sure, I'll get them!"
Phoenix cloaked and snuck over there, charging his Mauler on the way.
"Ok," Majora started, "when he gets there we make a charge at them, disorienting them while Phoenix takes them out."
"Ok." the other 3 said in unison.
Pheonix got there and said so on their comlink. "Ok let's go."
Majora, Hawkeye, and General, took off down the center firing the whole way, suprising the guards for enough time for Phoenix to pop 3 in the Head. The last 2 guards started running and screaming for more guards, Hawkeye and General started firing, Haweye knocking one out and General killing the other.
"What should we do with the last guard?"
"Kill him!" Shouted Hawkeye.
Majora said, "Maybe we sould capture and interrogate him!"
"Ok, that sounds much better," said the rest.
Majora and Phoenix grabbed the Guard and took him to the computer room, The other 2 followed.

Razor, Magnum, Phife, and N3B all stood before the open elevator, guns ready, waiting for an ally or enemy. They hadn't gotten word on how far in the rest were, but they had to have been in by now. Looking around, several lights went out throught the building. A few locked door bolts opened up with a loud crunching noise. Someone was messing around with the security system downstairs.
Reading one of the signs, N3B could make out the words "Computer Network System" amidst the darkness.
"Guys, if you have IR or NightVision goggles, turn then on." Razor said from behind, stupifying N3B as he had totally forgotten about that. Activating a green switch on his helmet, the room was filled with a green haze; signs were now easily legible.
"That door is longing for our investigation." Magnum said, in reference to the door N3B had noticed earlier.
"Ok guys, 2 of you go in there and check it out," Phife started. "I'm not too good with the technical stuff, " he said looking over to Razor.
"Yeah, N3B and Magnum, check out that room, see if there's anything useful in there." Razor said, N3B and Magnum nodding and making their way into the room. Gripping the handle, N3 twisted it, and entered the room. There were several computers about the room, with a large motherboard pannel against a wall.
"That motherboard looks like it would have some valuable information on it." Magnum said. "Shall we conduct mass amounts of manglage?"
"Lets see if there's anything we can obtain from it before though. Afterwards, feel free to do some dismantling."
N3B pulled up a chair, and turned on a computer. The loading screen came up, followed by a large crunching sound computers usally made as they loaded. The login screen came up, and he was befuddled. "Username:, Password:" N3 scratched his head, and then typed in "Username, Password" into the coresponding sections, and it continued into the computer's main screen.
Searching through the computer data files, N3B accessed the mother board and brought up a window with information on the Black Council.
"Magnum, check this out!" he whispered in silence, Magnum returning from his sightseeing out the window.
Head members of the Black Council: Taekshi Haikyo, in charge of Asian affairs , Megan Hammond, in charge of American affairs, Terrence Dinkly, in charge of European affairs, and Saddam Hussein ('s head) in charge of Terrorism connections.
"well, there we have it..." he said, printing the section.
Continuing through the files, he found a file with information on the BC building. Apparently, there were some heavy security vaults, two floors into the basement, and the main meeting office on the 14th floor. Perusing through the info, he also found a weapons storage room on the 6th floor, a Central Power station on the 8th, Offices on the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors, and a helicopter squad behind the skyscraper.
That copter hangar was what Carrington had warned the group about. Feeling he had obtained all the desired information, he printed the page/s and stacked the 3 pages together.
"Alright, now start cutting wires." N3B said, watching as a delighted smile strung across Magnum's face. He waddled over to the mother board and began pondering.
"Is it the red wire, or the blue wire?" he said. Shrugging, he said "Oh well..." and began ripping the computer chips out, sending sparks everywhere. After his rage of destruction was over, the two left the room and back to the elevator. Razor and Phife were still there, their guard lowered. Obviously no one had tried to sneak up on them.
"Here, there's a bunch on information on just about everything" he handed the files over the Razor, who read the text on the papers, and then sent it over to Phife who read through it.
"That's some good information. We should stop by the weapons room and try to get some explosives to plant on the helicopters." Magnum said, fiddling with his LX.
"Of course, we already have STADS for the CI to send missiles over. Speaking of which...." he said, taking one from his belt. "We've got one each.... plant them as we see fit." Tossing his back into the computer networking room, the STAD activated itself and lit up a green-ish yellow.

Post by Razor on Jul 24, 2003 20:48:49 GMT -5
Razor looked at the STAD. "Useless," he commented as he tossed it into a trash bin.
"What did you do that for!?!?!" N3B said, sounding worried.
"I had Phoenix and Majora bring some more direct firepower, namely a couple of Skedar Bombs..."
"But-"
"I don't want anything left standing in this place..."
Razor looked over the maps they had gotten. They were likely to run into trouble in the weapons room. They might even come across Dinkly there...he was quite the relic fanatic, and he loved old weapons most of all. He was bound to have some war memorabila in there. From what he had heard of Hammond, was that she loved flying, so she'd probably be in the hangar area if she wanted to fight. Rumor had it that she had gotten cyborg implants, but Razor couldn't be sure. Saddam was a coward, and would probably run...but there were rumors abound after the Eurelco deal. As for Haikyo...Razor gritted his teeth and clenched his fist...he would hunt that man down no matter where he hid...

Ranger had given up on trying to convince Storm to go back to the group. They were on the third floor now taking out the security system. they had been in contact with the group and had found out that they had decided to split up. Storm and Ranger had been going up the floors taking out the security. The second floor had been a little trouble because they had set off an alarm which made many guards go to them. They had dealt with them and turned off the alarm quickly enough. now on the third floor they had run into minimal problems getting to the room and were just shutting it down.
As the computer turned off and the familiar sounds of the security doin the same Ranger decided to make contact with the distraction group. They had some interesting info and uploaded a map to his helmet's computer. He told them what was up with their infiltration group and how he and Storm had broken off to take security. He informed them they wouldnt be seeing them on the fourth floor but that security should be down soon enough. Cutting off the Comm Ranger told Storm what was up. He gave him a copy of the map too and they set off for the fourth floor. They ran into a few gaurds on the way and Ranger really hoped the other team was doin well on their ascent of the tower.

As they reached the next floor the group noticed a caped and hooded figure at the top. Pulling out his gun, Storm yelled out to the figure to freeze. Ranger pulled his gun also and waited for a response.
"Hey, don't you recognize me? Oh wait, you're new aren't you! And Ranger, I think I've heard of you." Turning around, the figure shimmered, and the cape was sucked into the man's, no, child's neck. And there was a small child with blonde hair and a black jumpsuit.
"Who are you?" asked Storm, not budging his gun. His finger tightened on the trigger.
"Wait!" said Ranger, pushing Storm's gun down. "I think I know who this is." Turning his head toward the respondent, he said "your Notesurfer aren't you."
"Yes, I am, and I'm here to help you. While I may not 'post' anything myself, I can very much help you with your mission. You may not know how to fully use me to my potential, but I can disguise myself, hack, and I'm not bad in a gunfight." Relaxing a little, Storm put out his hand, though still wary.
"I suppose I might find some use for you . . ." said Storm. Notesurfer threw back his head and laughed. Not an evil or disturbed laugh like alot of the people in PDBA, but an innocent laugh. Free of all care and worry.
"It's always nice to meet a new face. Or faces, since I don't know much about you either Ranger. Anyway, let us continue, shall we?"

Majora, Phoenix, Hawkeye, and General walked into the computer room to see someone already at the computer. He was sitting in front of a terminal, the screen reflecting off of his glasses. He didn't seem to notice that any of them had just walked in.
"I'm wasting him," Majora said, "he's of no use to us." Majora took out his gun and aimed.
"No!" Hawkeye said in a hushed shout. "This is my contact I was talking about. He's an undercover informant for the Black Council, but from what he's told me he is on the verge of being found. I'll go over and talk to him."
Hawkeye walked over and tapped this spectacled agent on the shoulder. He turned around slowly, holding a piece of paper.
"Hello Hawkeye," he said, "I was expecting your crew to show up. I heard the explosions upstairs, I'm ready to help out. Here's the building blueprints," handing the paper to Hawkeye.
"Guys, this is Agent Raven. He's coming with us," Hawkeye said to the others.
"No way," Majora said, "he'll blow the mission for us. Too many people are going to get us caught."
"Not me," Raven replied. "I'm great at undercover work, and I can easily hack into the computers in here. You need me."
Majora grunted. Taking this as a yes, Raven took out his dual Falcons and attached a silencer to each of them. He then put them in his holster and stood up. "We should get going then, shall we?" Raven said.
"Let's go," said Phoenix.

"According to the blueprints the showers are on the fourth floor, the door is locked however we'll need to use a door decoder on the locking system." Said Raven.
"Anyone have one?" Asked Majora
"No." Said all 5 in unison.
"Crud, anywhere else in?"
"Well there is a air duct that leads to the shower system, if we can get in there we should be good to get in." Said Raven.
"Ok we'll go in, collect the distraction group and enter via the air duct."
"Right!" Said the rest of the group.
"Allright... Razor, N3B, Phife, and Snake meet us at the fourth floor elevator, we'll get some disguises to infiltrate the facility, we'll fill you in on the rest when we get there." Said Majora into a comlink.
"Right, we need to meet up, we'll see you there. Don't get lost on the way..."
"Yeah, Yeah, very funny, Razor, Majora out."

"Majora, what are we doing with this guard here?" General asked, pointing a thumb at the unconscious man lying in between the quintet.
"Take his clothes and put them on. We need to get another uniform for Hawkeye," Majora replied.
"I'll get it myself," Hawkeye said, and walked off into the hallway.
"And I don't need one, I've got a cloak," Raven said.
"Ok," said Pheonix.
"Good," Majora said. General took the guard's uniform off and changed into them as Hawkeye came back in with a guard's uniform on.
"How did you get that?" Pheonix asked.
"Don't worry about it," Hawkeye said with a faint smile.
"Ok, let's go," Majora said. "We need to get into the air ducts and get the door open to meet up with Razor and the others, all right?"
"Got it," Raven said. "Ok, the best vent to get into is right down this corner..."

After meeting up with Notesurfer, Storm pulled out his comm.
"Razor, this is Storm, where are you guys?"
"We're on the 5th floor now, where are you?"
"We just got done with the fourth floor security systems. And we met up with an old buddy of yours."
"Who?"
"Notesurfer"
"OK. Thats really good. We need to meet somewhere."
"I hear there's a weapons cache on the 6th floor. That might be a good meeting place, as well as useful."
"It's too risky. We'll meet up with you guys here on the fifth floor. Hurry up and get up here."
"Ok got it."
"Oh, by the way, is there any reason that you two have to take out every security station?"
"Well, they'll probably know were here when it comes time to leave, but having the security systems offline will probably help."
"Ok, whatever. We'll meet you at the 5th floor security station. Razor out"
Storm, Ranger, and Notesurfer headed up to the fifth floor. They encountered no resistance, because Razor's group had already been through. Now that they had the floorplans, they didn't need to wonder around every floor until they found the station. They checked their maps, and headed right to the security station, where they found Razor's group.

Phoenix took a moment to look at the blue prints. He grunted. “Its not going to be easy getting to those showers, even with disguises. Heck, this sounds like one dumb plan to me but oh well.” “Don’t worry about it,” Majora came next to Phoenix. Everything is gonna be just fine.” Phoenix let off a grunt. He approached the body of one of the guards and took a picture of his uniform using the camera built into his arm band. The picture created a model that could be used by the holo-disguise, and with a little more tweaking he changed his head so his group did not make the world record of most twins working at the same building under the same job. He turned around to see Majora already disguised, and everyone else was wearing a uniform as well. “Well you are the ones with the master plan, show me the way to foolishness please,” Phoenix taunted at Majora and Raven, who gave a sneer as they turned around and exited the computer room. The group of masqueraders walked down the hall in a packed up group, using the old guard’s ID at security checkpoints. Finally there came one where they did not have clearance, but that was arranged, as the ventilation shaft that would lead upwards into the showers was not far off. The group entered a room in which the ventilation shaft had access. It happened to be an office with some businessman of sorts sitting at a computer. Phoenix walked next to him, and the man asked, “Uh… can I help you with anything?” “Hmmm. Sorry, but I have to end your career momentarily.” The man looked up in complete puzzlement before he was hammered across his temple by Phoenix’ heavy arm band. The man was knocked out cold. Phoenix turned back to the group, which was busy trying to reach the ventilation shaft by putting numerous tables under it. “Okay, first thing’s first!” Phoenix announced, pausing to get the groups attention, “If you are not flexible enough to fit in there tell us now so we can quickly get rid of you now so you do not burden us.” “Hah! Very funny wise guy,” Hawkeye replied sarcastically, and then went back to putting a chair on the table, which made the shaft finally reachable. The group climbed into the shaft, and began crawling their way through it. Phoenix did not enjoy the trip as much, especially after all the complaining. Phoenix recalled at one point as the group was climbing vertically a few floors someone was complaining about some smell, or dust, or something of the likes. He did shut the group up for a little by threatening to kill the next one to complain. After all, it was not Phoenix that chose the plan, so he did not want to hear about the flaws of following it. It seemed very relieving to finally fall face first into the tiled floor of the shower area for Phoenix. Not because it was extremely painful, but mainly because he finally had room to move his arms. Phoenix looked up to see that only 1 of the 4 people of the group did not share similar fates. Like usual they were all groaning as they began to get up, rubbing their sore parts, except for Majora who had enough thought to exit the shaft feet first. “Looks like we’re here,” Raven announced, “The elevator should be down the hall from here.” “Aye, let’s go.” Phoenix said. Once everyone was on their feet and fully oriented, they exited the showers, took a left until they found an elevator, then Hawkeye stepped forward and called it. The elevator doors slid open, and Hawkeye was about to take a step in before Phoenix yelled, “Stop!” It was too late however, so Phoenix leaped forward and held on to Hawkeye’s arm and began to pull. At the very same moment, the proximity mine by the floor-choosing panel exploded. The shrapnel and heat tore through a nearby ventilation opening in the elevator, and tore at least 4 of the wires holding the elevator up. The elevator lunged and Hawkeye leaped backwards into Phoenix, sending both to the ground. Just as Hawkeye exited the elevator it dropped from site. It was quite easy to here the echoing boom and clatter of its various parts as it collided with the basement floor loudly. Phoenix looked up at Majora, “Inform Razor there has been a change of plans,” he then eyed both Raven and Majora, “And since you are the geniuses here make that plan.” OOC: I know I did a lot, but because of Razor's thoughtful Proxy mine I did so much less
