capitol punishment: Death sentance.
We're one of the few states that have it, what's the highest?

I'm pretty sure Dubya made sure Texas had the highest while he was governor. They *may* have been beaten out by California or some other state recently, but I don't think so...
So I think Texas is highest.

Ha, well depends on who you ask I guess. I'm pretty sure sentences don't get huch harsher than death though, there's not much anyone can do beyond that point.

I'd say sharing a cell with 'Billy-bob' who thinks you're pretty is worse than a death-sentence, but that's just me. "You look kinda like a purdy laday! "

What I call the “Popping Death” is worse than a death sentence. First you pull out all the victim's fingers and thumbs, then their toes, then their arms and legs get pulled off or amputated without the stuff that makes them go numb (name slips me mind ATM). Finally you take them and their somewhat bloody torso and drop it into a pool of piranhas, and listen to them scream in agony as their body is slowly devoured. If they pass out from pain at any time, stop the procedure and let them recover, then continue. Make sure they don't bleed to death. Oh yea, also, once they are almost dead from the piranhas, electrocute them. The End

Meh, that's nothing compared to the ritual "Death of a Thousand Cuts."
The name really says it all, 1000 cuts, but only the very last is fatal. Of course, the ritual also calls for pain-enhancing agents to be spread on the knife blade...

Hey, mine is the most imaginative! Did I mention the water with the piranhas could be replaced by boiling water? Or even better, boiling oil/tar.

Oil and tar wouldn't conduct electricity. So forget that idea.
Then again, the eletricity would kill the piranhas too...
