that's right today I finally made the transistion. Had my Health Science and Digital Design classes today while franticly running all over campus to do counselling and pay my enrollment and meet friends...
Tomorrow is Elementary Design and Composition or something. It's a drawing class I know. I also have Design: Fundamentals I believe andddd.... something starting March. I think thats it anyway. Should be a fun semester though. Bunch of classes in my Major that are really fun even with lame instructors and all.

Since you seemed so disappointed that I didn't respond earlier:
What is your major anyway? Obviously something focused on the arts.

Art New Media. I get a lot of Digital/Web Design classes and 3D animation. It's actually really nice. I wasn't disappointed I was suprised it's not often your on when someone makes a post in this bored that you don't feel the need to chip in your two cents. Honestly I expected a shocked and amazed reaction I even made it down here and posted at all hahaha. By the way I am like way hyped up now and its kind of unnatural for how tired I was earlier.

obviously you have read the chuck norris facts... haha anyway I think its pointless to have a major for an AA but whatever. I am gonna take it to an out of state College to get either a 4 year or 6 year degree.

Laugh all you want, Raven; RU will force you to choose a major in less than a month.

Graphic design can get me a job in almost any industry right now. There is almost always a need for someone with the qualifications I am going to have. Media is an important part of America nowadays and my major is just one small part of that bigger picture. I will most likely end up in something like advertising.

Feel free, if you don't intend to do anything USEFUL with your degree.

translation >_>
It's a legit way to make decent money. It might actually make my Niff heist a little harder to do depending on who he translates for or where he translates at.

The problem is that it's a saturated field. Anyone who speaks fluent Japanese can be a translator, and I imagine that's not hard to come by in NZ. If he lived in the states, maybe it would be a different story. Maybe.
Either way, majoring in any language is a bad idea, because there's nothing to fall back on. If you can't find a job translating, what then? What else does that qualify you to do?

Perhaps. But then, why did you spend so much time and money earning a degree in the first place?
