Oh wow, I just noticed something.
Everyone remembers the Metroid question from WAY back, about the powerups unique to a single game, right?
After having played through Super Metroid again for the first time in many years, I just realized I deserve another point. Everyone (including me) forgot about this one:
Super Metroid - Reserve Tank
Suffice to say, it's way too late for me to claim points for this one, but for those of you who are keeping track of these questions, this one should be up there with the rest of the answers.
Anyway, we still have 2 active questions, someone answer them!

Like what? Most of the stuff in Zero Mission is from other games, most especially the first, of course. And if you're referring to the "Unknown Items," get back to me once you're able to identify them .

Hrm... I'm going to kill both active questions. +2 for me.
Answers:
The 3 robots in Streets of Rage 2 are Particle, Molecule (the 2 boss robots), and Oxygen (a generic version of the boss robots you fight against in the final stage, which is likely why the FAQs don't mention him).
The only stage with only one set of destroyable scenery objects is Ken's stage (the docks), which has oil drums on the left side only.

Let's try some more:
NES - Metal Gear 2: Snake's Revenge: What weapon does the boss of the train use against you?
GBA - Fire Emblem: Who is the first character from Lyn's story that joins your force in Eliwood's story?
NES - Metroid: How many Energy Tanks can you find during the course of the game?

Certain people join your force during Lyn's story (the prologue). Of those people, which of them is the first to join Eliwood's force once you start his story (the main game)?
Also please note, this question assumes you allow any character into your forces that is willing to join.
