Upon entering the holy town of Lesko, you feel a warm tingle of empowerment run up your spine; the gods are watching you. The town is very quiet, with only the sounds of birds chirping and wandering warriors seeking aid. You get the impression by the size of the town that it is merely a haven and place of worship for adventurers. The town isn't very heavily populated; only the occasional bald, robe-clad monk and random journeymen.
Everywhere you look you see a large statue with a plaque of inscription at the base explaining the glories of each god and legendary holy warrior. There is a large building jutting above the roofs of supply shops at the north end of town; the church. You begin to check out the shops and buildings of the magical town.

Nayton entered the religious settlement Lesko in awe of the array of large dedicational statues to gods and heroes. He began to search about for the tailor's shop that Esmerelda works in.
OOC: so damn tired...excuse the briefness of the post, especially since I'm not sure how I can go through 2 more events inside the city.

Oh, you'll see. The events are already all planned out.
And a "clothier" is another name for a tailor's shop, just incase you hadn't known or guessed.

Ranger walks along the (cobblestone?) path toward the square and approaches Abraham.
"Where can I find the leader of the Gaurd in this town?" He asked, "I need to inform them of a danger near the city."

The monk nodded sagely to Ranger.
"Do not be so frantic, my son," he said in a quiet, soothing voice, "Lesko has no need of regular guards, as the protection of the gods rests upon the city. Tell me, what troubles you?"

"Ok then I found a group of these outside of town along with a large one in the center of all of them," Ranger said showing him the dead spitter weed,"I thought you might want to know that you had something dangerous like this growing slightly off the path toward your town. I am not sure if it is growing outward or how the plants work but when i got close it attacked me."

The monk leaned in to study the plant for a moment, and then straightened.
"I am not really learned in such matters," he said, "But Brother Gerard has studied botany and herbology. Perhaps he can tell you more about these plants, and how dangerous they are. You will be able to find him in the church."

"Thank you," Ranger said with a slight bow as he began off to the church.

Nayton stood before the gate to the dangerous wilds. He had looked around the shops and decided he wasn't yet ready to spend his money. He figured he'd better do some training and thinking before he invested in anything. Furthermore, he was irked that there were not any runes on sale in the town. He would have to come back later in hopes of finding some new powerful spells.
Perhaps there's a hold-up somewhere and the rune delivery hasn't yet arrived... he wondered, but then decided he'd better not get wound up in more than one thing at a time. He decided he should head back to Suryan and see what to do about Layla's letter.
