I applied to get into google wave. I just got in now, and I have 6 more invites (or "nominations" as gwave is calling them). Any takers?
EDIT: I will save the remaining 3 that I have for a couple of days, so just let me know if any of y'all are interested.

I'm not sure if I'll be in a situation any time soon to really use it to its full potential, but I'm curious to check it out.

Honestly there isn't much to try ATM. If you'd like I can include you in the group wave I sent out to the other people who got the invites so you can read our (at this point mostly my) observations and add your thoughts on the currently available features. Ironically google wave is probably the best medium for collecting impressions of google wave. >_<

Interresting...any good? Could it be useful to us as a group? I'll have to check it out. The answer to both would be "yes, but not right now." It's currently in "beta," but the features are so limited that it's really more like an alpha. Many of the features purported in the final release would be invaluable in consolidating one's internet resources down to a single tool. There's a demo video out there that goes into detail, which I believe is in one of my past topics, but the gist of it is that it combines the features of an RSS reader, blog, social networking site, twitter, email, etc into one.
