The Reaper's Game
In the Reaper's Game, each competitor is forced to make a Pact with one other. In combat, those who have made a Pact are forced into two separate parallel planes to deal with the dual-natured Noise. Those with a Pact fully heal at the beginning of each fight, and share an HP pool.
When one Pactmaker successfully hits, they pass a Light Puck to the other Pactmaker. If that Pactmaker successfully hits an enemy on their next action, they deal +1 damage per time the Puck has been passed (Max +5), and the Puck is passed back to their partner.
Under certain circumstances, partners can perform powerful Dual Attacks, which heal them and devastate all enemies in the battle.
