I've been bookgrinding and I have a crapload of spells that, sadly, I will be unable to use given the CP limit ingame. My current location is the Copernicus Library @ 24,38 (sn: Notek). Here are the spells I'm looking to get rid of:
Eagle Eye (increased atk %) Shocking Dart (atk spell) Fire Dart (atk spell) Dragonfire (atk spell) The Crushing (atk spell) Minor Ward vs Evil Minor Ward vs Neutral Extended Major Ward Versus Good Extended Minor Ward Versus Neutral Open Lock (I actually have two of these)
BTW Niff, how awesome/not awesome is Death Dart? I noticed that it's restricted to tier 3 chars, so I thought it might be worth having even though I'm going for a martial arts Lich.

one of my chars is going to be a martial arts lich as well. those dart/arrow spells are definitely nice as they always hits no matter what, and it's ranged. helpful for those pesky flying characters. and are you sure you don't mean death arrow? it's the restricted one.
i have a boatload of spells as well but i managed to get all the ones i need.
if you're a hth lich you're gonna want: bear's strength, tiger claw and turtle shell. death cloud is good if you're going to raid. and get death touch as your innate attack once you're T3. you'll be hitting somewhere along the lines of 11 damage i think. not to mention your zombie/skeleton horde hitting with you.

Heh, I guess I'll just hang on to them then. Maybe once I hit lvl 30 and I start collecting all the badges I'll have extra CP to burn.

yeah, definitely. if there's no new fancy lich skills it'd be good to burn em on that. and who knows, maybe you'll have a spell someone wants to trade for a fancy item. nearly to T3 with my void walker. my revenant isn't doing too badly with the levelling either. edit: goddamnit, facebook. try doing my friend request again, note.. the buttons confused me and i clicked the corner of the ignore button accidentally D:

May I ask what the premise of this game is?

Kill or be killed, basically... Despite the wiki's attempts to apply a plot, it seems to be pretty much a free-for-all.

With doing absolutely no research, save for skimming over Note and Niff's posts (along with Draxas' last comment), am I to thus assume that it's sort of a resource-gathering/army-building MMO where you battle random people for rank and reputation, set in a sci-fi/fantasy world?

not really. create a single character that ascends/descends to different classes of different alignments, join a faction if you want, kill a bunch of people, craft items, repair items, be an alchemist, explorer, searcher, whatever. it's rather fun. Kill or be killed, basically... Despite the wiki's attempts to apply a plot, it seems to be pretty much a free-for-all. plot: eternal fight between and amongst alignments and factions i don't see how it fails to live up to that there's a bunch of lore and whatnot but it basically leads up to '[CENSORED] son there's a fight goin down, want in?'
