...And that's his apprentice in Chicago. Either your computer is confused (which is fine, and should be interesting to RP for you), or you need to edit that post a bit.
Notewrote: Um, actually it's his daughter.

the confusion is intentional, since the valkyrie's AI has little experience with symbiont, its reading athena as notesurfer.

When Razor awoke the next morning, he was greeted with the smell of fresh coffee. With his wife gone, it took approximately 4.64 seconds before he recalled the previous night’s events, and realized who was in the house. Rising, he donned a robe and walked out to where the smell was coming from. It was time for Notek to do some explaining.
* * * Athena felt drained. She had run out of food, and had been forced to cannibalize her chakra. Resting from her search, she leaned her head back against the dirty wall behind her, as she searched herself for answers that she already knew. She recalled her reasoning . . .
* * *
He had been angry. Terribly angry. She had never seen her father like this before. She remembered feeling sadness, and perhaps even futility, but never anger about what happened. She had been far too young to comprehend exactly what had inspired his animosity towards the Symbiote High Council. All she knew was that her mother was gone. Father had said that she would be gone for a very long time.
If only she had known then what she knew now. No sooner had the exasperated Notek found someone to care for her then he was gone. She hadn’t seen him since, but she became determined to find him. She had abandoned the training of the Council and taken her father’s personal ship. Upon exiting the atmosphere, she began the long journey to the planet of her parents’ origin. The planet Earth. There she was sure she would find answers. There she would find her father.
Of course, such a long ride would have driven her insane had she not found something to occupy her time. As luck (or fate) would have it, the ship provided just that. While running her hand idly across the wall, a small compartment had opened. In it were several weathered looking books. Upon opening them, she realized that they belonged to her father. Thus she began reading them daily, absorbing in the details of adventure after adventure. Through this she began to discover the life her father had abandoned when he married her mother, and she glimpsed a whole new side of him that she had never even guessed existed.
It was in those diaries that she learned things that blew her mind. Things about symbiosis that she couldn’t possibly even begin to comprehend. When the Council members spoke of Notek as prodigy, they weren’t lying. From energy absorption and manipulation to the creation of sentience, the notes were long, scrawled, and astonishingly vague. Those diaries proved to be invaluable
It was in those diaries that she had learned of the PDBA.
A group of men who fought against each other, building up each other’s skills, the Perfect Dark Battle Arena was a warrior’s wet dream. There were names mentioned. She memorized every one. She could only ascertain the physical characteristics of two of the men: a cyborg, and some sort of winged creature. Those two would most likely be key to finding her father. The real question was, would she even be able to find them? The diaries had marks on them from being carried from place to place. Everything from oil stains, to the distinct effect that water has on paper once it has dried. The PDBA obviously moved to different environments. Some of the pages were written in pencil. Athena assumed this meant that the combatants would still fight in subzero temperatures. And so she learned.
And then one day there was no more. The pages stopped. Flipping to the back of the book, Athena found two pages of scrawl, detailing an interchange between her father and someone named “N3B.” He had wanted to come back to earth, to help with something, but N3B had warned him away. Her father expressed worry for the safety of the members of a “CISOD,” which appeared to be some sort of elite missions based organization stemming off of the PDBA members. It was the last few lines that shocked her. Written in blood, they ominously warned:
“Nick has told me that Earth is no longer a safe haven for the righteous. What will happen to them now, only time will tell. I must now flee this ship, and this place. Start a new life somewhere else. Perhaps someday I will be able to return. I hope, pray, and wait eagerly for that day.
It was then that the envelope had fallen from the book. It had been folded in the binding, but her fingers holding the book open had weakened it’s hold on the paper, and it slipped out. Curious, she immediately opened it, and was even more shocked at it’s contents. It was a letter to her, from her father! Notek had written the letter just after the incident with her mother, apparently intending to leave it with her before he left. It told her to find her heart, and follow what it said. For, “If we are truly of one flesh, we cannot be kept apart.”
Athena awoke with a jolt. She must have dozed off. Orange sunlight streamed over the cityscape, gently caressing the cold buildings. Standing and stretching, Athena resumed her search.

OOC: Of course, by tonight, I meant tomorrow morning!
So there Razor sat, his bare chest looking like it was made out of chiseled marble through the robe as deep hazel eyes fell on Notesurfer. He rested his imported premium blend on the table in front of him. His personal room in the Skedar temple was made to look as much like a home on Earth as possible...in fact his entire home was. "Alright Notek...what's this about? Seems kind of odd for you to just up and decide to come visit me out of nowhere..."
***
Nikara groaned as light cracked over the nearby rooftop, searing her closed eye with its heat. She groaned and stirred, wondering when she'd fallen asleep. She still looked like some sort of sexy young sentry, Magsec hanging off her finger, leaning against the wall. She cursed herself for being careless under her breath...but little did she know how much like her father that was...he'd fallen asleep in his first arena too.
-Good job Nikki, you fell asleep...-
-...be quiet Mitsukai...-
Her ears perked, and her vision jerked to the side...were her eyes playing tricks on her, or did she just see a shadow move? Idleness catapulted into swift motion, her legs pulling her gracefully forward as though she were a cheetah that walked on two legs. She twirled her Magsec as she moved and sheathed it, snapping her right arm up in the same fluid action. In the same manner that her father's blade formed, so did hers...a black blade swirling with pinkish energy. She stifled a light giggle coming from her lips, her small, useless, downy white wings twitching as she rounded the corner, grinding to a halt as she eyed the smaller girl, similarly clad in black, who looked like she hadn't woken up too long ago either. In normal circumstances, she would have told the kid to get out...there was an arena going on...but in this case, the kid was prepared for battle...and remembering her father's stories about 'Note', who often made himself appear as a small child, she took no chances. She darted forward, blade held behind her. "...hey there! Welcome to the arena...let me say hello!" She leapt forward, swinging her blade down over her head...it wouldn't cut, even if it hit...but that wasn't going to happen. The girl let out a cry of surprise and jerked to the side, pressing herself against the side of the alley, where she'd get a close look at Nikara's wings and blade while she worked on digging it out of the asphalt she'd crushed...

The wings. The blade that coalesced out of thin air. This could only be one person.
“You . . . you look like Razor. But that’s impossible, Razor was a man.” Athena’s eyes narrowed as she sized up the girl. Despite the physical appearances, she didn’t seem to be much older than Athena.
“And you, you look like Notesurfer. But you’re definitely not him. Not unless he’s had a sex change in the last 25 years.” She offered stuck her hand out. “I’m Nikki, Razor’s daughter.” Athena shrank back warily against the wall.
“I know no-one by that name . . . but perhaps you can help me find my father. If you truly are the progeny of the one called Razor, then you must know what happened to him. His name was Notek . . . Grand Master Notek Soofor. Agent of the Symbiote High Council, and husband to my mother.” Nikki shook her head.
“There was only one symbiotic warrior who fought here so long ago, and his name was Notesurfer.” Nikki smiled, trying to look as disarming as possible to the frightened Athena. “Perhaps if I can help you find him, he can help you find your father.” Athena’s face contorted angrily.
“This is impossible, I know my father fought here, I’m sure of it!” Reaching to her back, she pulled a chakra from her living, symbiotic flesh. “You liar!” Lapsing into a fighting stance, she continued. “Why are you all using me, why can’t you just help me!?” Frustrated, she threw the sharp weapon at Nikki. The girl quickly threw up her hand and stopped it with her sword, but the force that the weapon had been thrown with spun her around, and by the time she turned back Athena was gone.
“She’s crazy.” Nikki shook her head. “But still . . . I wonder what the connection is between her father and Notesurfer.” It was then that it dawned on her. There were several members of the old PDBA that were not fully human, perhaps he was one of them! A symbiote in disguise . . . it made sense. She had to find Athena and tell her . . . but how?
* * * Notek turned to Razor and began to relate his story.
“After N3B waved me off from earth, I returned to the SHC homeworld, where I volunteered my services to them, hoping I could in turn convince them to send aid to the PDBA, and end the bloody slaughter. I misjudged them. After several years of stalling and sending me on missions on the complete other end of their galaxy, I realized that they had no intention of helping mere humans. It was then that I met my wife.” Razor choked on his coffee.
“Your WIFE?!?!” Razor sat down in astonishment. Notek marrying was something of an awkward picture, especially with the reinforcement of his childlike appearance standing embodied before him.
“Vertigo Rooshe . . . it took mere weeks before we realized that we were in love. I married her, and two years afterwards, we were given permission to have a child. Her name . . . was Athena.” Razor stared at Notek, waiting for him to continue. When no response seemed forthcoming, he prodded Notek.
“So why are you back here now, seems like a happily ever after story.” Sadness washed over Notek’s face, and he sat down in front of Razor.
“The Council sent her . . . to a place that I cannot even begin to describe. It was a hopeless mission, but they sent her anyway, despite the fact that there were many other officers far more qualified.” Notek ran his hands through his short, spiky hair, and breathed a heavy sigh that ended almost like a sob. “She did not return. She still hasn’t, despite my efforts to find her and bring her back. Finally I returned. But lo and behold, the Council had failed to prevent my daughter from leaving. She had taken the Gleam and flown it off into the vast reaches of space. I had hoped that she would seek out my old friends, since it became obvious to me that she was searching for me. But alas, it was not to be. Draxas has disappeared, as have all the other members of the PDBA. You were the only one whom I could find. And she is not here. Thus my worst fears are confirmed. She is headed towards Earth.”

DaHaK exited his gunship and looked around the large vehicle bay in which he was now parked. the bay was rather empty looking, with only one other ship parked inside.
DaHaK stepped down from off the top of the ship and started towards the nearest exit, speaking over his shoulder as he went.
"Caseum, shut everything down, and bring the ship to standby mode."
The gunship emitted a triple-beep sound, followed by all the exterior running lights shutting off, as the steady whine from the engines died down to a quieter base rumble. Satisfied with the condition of his ship, he started off down the access corridor to the main hub of the landing fields.

((OOC: sorry bout the wait for my reply))
Scar gripped his weapon tightly, the man in the Battlesuit seemed human, yet he couldn't be sure. He felt the slight tingling sensation experienced from being scanned electronically, he lowered his weapon at his words.
"Of course..." Scar said. "Here....or in my ship?"

. . . And he stepped from his ship. Clad in olive green battle armor, the warrior was the closest match to her second target. Draxas, if indeed it was him, issued a vocal command to the thin air. In response, his spaceship shut off it’s lights, and the area around her was bathed in darkness. As she made her way down from the roof of the building, dawn peeked around the corner, shining it’s pale deathly light on the arena of square buildings.
“Draxas!”
Dahak turned swiftly, crouching into a fighting stance and readying his PWC. For a moment he was puzzled. Was someone calling him, or was it a verbal warning of an imminent attack from this “Draxas” person.
“Draxas you idiot, look at me!” It was then that Dahak turned to see a young (perhaps fifteen years of age?) woman striding towards him.
“I’m sorry, you’ve got the wrong person. My name is not Draxas . . . who are you?” Angrily the girl spat on the ground.
“I don’t have time for this. I’m looking for a symbiotic warrior, his name is Note-“ Dahak interrupted her.
“Yes, I am also looking for him.” After an awkward pause, the girl cautiously asked.
“So . . . do you have any information as to his whereabouts?” Lowering his weapon, Dahak took a step forward.
“It’s obvious that we both have the same goal in mind. I propose something of an alliance. I’ll tell you what I know, if you help me find our mutual friend.” The girl said nothing, her mind obviously churning. Her body tensed. She had obviously reached a decision. Two steps later she offered her hand.
“Athena.” Dahak shook her hand, noting the apparent coolness of the material used to make her glove.
“Dahak”

"Right here, right now," responded Stryker, "I want to know what you know about the old PDBA, specifically about the one named--"
"Draxas!" called a feminine voice from somewhere around a corner. Both Scar, and Stryker within his suit, turned to look. It was faint, but the speaker had obviously not intended to keep quiet. Stryker grimaced his ruinous face behind the visor. I'm so close, I can taste it!
"Yes, him," continued Stryker, "Draxas. Specifically, I want to know where he is now. Speak quickly, since I will soon have another appointment that I do not want to miss."

Scar turned back to the man in the battlesuit and Sighed slightly.
"I know a little, my Mentor used to participate, I work for his Private Asassin Business, Snakelord Inc." He sat down against the alleywall. "As for the one they call Draxas, I've heard even less about him. Snake says after the old PDBA ended, he left for a faraway place, never to return. Snake didn't go after him, he went back to New York, and the HQ of snakelord INC, and didn't follow anybody."
Scar got up and brushed himself off.
"But if you want some more knowledge about the old PDBA itself, I'll be happy to tell you, depends on what you wish to know. apart from that there's not much else I can do I'm afraid..."

Stryker was disheartened, but only slightly; he had expected as much, but he already had another lead to pursue.
"That's all I needed to know," he replied, "Now if you'll excuse me, there's someone else I need to speak with. Thank you for your time."
Stryker turned and stalked off toward the direction of the voice from earlier, toward the landing platforms.
Perhaps now, I will get the answers I seek, and then success will not be far behind...
