Okay, so I'm hooked. I have four of their albums (Kid A, The Bends, OK Computer, and Hail to the Thief), and I honestly can't figure out which one I like best. There's two more that I need to get, which I'll do when I get bored with the music I have.
Get them. Listen to them. Love them. Fitter. Happier. More productive. Not drinking too much. A pig in a cage on antibiotics.

Radiohead is a great band... But what ever happened to them? I haven't heard anything from them in ages.

Yeah? There was basically no promotion for it that I heard... Then again, mostly listening to an MP3 player keeps you out of the loop on this sort of thing.

or the fact that its radiohead one of those bands people barely care about anymore so any promotion would be lost on your typical crowd... Lets face it they aren't for the popular media really much anymore. That in itself is sad. What's sadder is when you realize people actually like R Kelly's Trapped in the closet series of videos.. Someone please shoot me. I was forced to watch 45 minutes of him talking and showing those videos in order

Please don't talk about R Kelly's craptastic video. That's time nobody can ever recover, and is lost in the void forever.

Also true. What is the appeal of this guy? Who decided he needed any exposure at all?

AND THEN I PULL OUT MY GUN!!! (For anyone who watched last week's South Park.)
Anyway, their last album was Hail to the Thief, like 3 or 4 years ago. They're working on a 7th album now, according to their Wikipedia.
I think Kid A was the album that had no advertisement. In fact, I think their album leaked onto Napster, and people thought it would fail. Then it hit like #1 in the UK and #4 or something over here. So much for "pirated music hurting record sales."

Anyone who actually believes that pirated music hurts record sales is a moron. That's just what the music companies want everyone to think so that they can continue inflating the consumers' cost 1000+% without repurcussions.
