Character Profile
-----------------
Name: Devin Arms' Sapient Extermination Android L-Type (SEAL) Prototype #7 "Phi"
Alias: Phife is his PDBA name. Rex Hazard is his "human" name he uses when outside of the PDBA. "Phi" is what he is known by his creators.
Appearance: Technically, Phife is not a true android. His only artificial parts compose of an advanced computer in place of a brain, a built in energy generator within the computer to convert glucose into efficient electrical energy; sensory systems replacing the normal eyes, ear drums, etc.; and a highly-tuned nervous system engineered for the cerebral computer. Besides those systems, his body is biotic and living. He is six feet tall and weighs in at a hundred and fifty pounds. He has slightly toned white skin and has a fit, but not exactly ripped body. He has short, black hair; blue "eyes," and has an insignia engraved into his forehead that is shown in the sig pic. This insignia can be hidden in peace-time to enhance his human appearance, but requires to be exposed in combat for optimum performance.
Clothing: In the PDBA, he wears a dataDyne Sniper Suit without a helmet. In civilian zones, he wears casual office clothes.
Weaponry: Usually in the PDBA, he arms himself with dual DY-357 Magnums holstered at the hips. If the situation calls, he arms himself with an AR34 Assault Rifle slung over his shoulders and a Falcon 2 as his backup pistol holstered at his hip. He has .357 Magnum ammo worn on his belt, or he has .223 and .45 Auto ammo in his vest pockets.
Advantages: Phife is very nimble and fast. His accuracy is not the best, but is still considered to be good. His intelligence is also quite good.
Disadvantages: His strength in close combat is average, but not as refined as someone who would be skilled in martial arts. He's not much of a leader, so he either works alone or supports a leader in combat. His main weakness is that he cannot take too much damage before becoming incapacitated or dead.
OWE: He is armed with a Desert Eagle pistol holstered at his hip and an Argentina machete sheathed over his shoulder. Horizontally sheathed over his lower back is the longsword.
GW: Phife has a custom made PCP-1 pistol holstered at his hip. Clipped to his belt is several DeathSpies with remote controls.

Name #1: Magnum Research Desert Eagle
Type: Semiautomatic Pistol.
Features: It is a powerful magnum pistol that uses the .50 Action Express rounds in seven-round clips. It is powerful enough to make a normal sized person fly backwards or at least stop the said person. Even if body armor can stop the round, its sheer force can create powerful seismic waves that can crush the victim's bones and vital organs.
From: It is a real gun.
Other: The gun kicks like a mule on crack cocaine, so Phife can't fire it at a very fast rate.
------------------------------------------------------------
Name #2: An Argentina Machete and Notesurfer's Blade (The Alpha and Omega).
Type: Longswords.
Features: The machete is lighter in weight compared to usual swords, so Phife can swing it quickly and rapidly. The handle is made of tropical wood. The longsword has the same weight and length, but it is constructed as a Japanese blade rather than a machete. It has a wooden handle covered in jet-black leather.
From: Both are real as well.
Other: Despite their sharpness, they are not as powerful as a heavy longsword or katana. Both blades were given to Phife by his peers. The machete was originally Percival Greenbottle's craft. The longsword was a "gift" of Notesurfer's granted to Phife after a heated melee. Soon, the machete was christened "The Alpha" and the longsword "The Omega."

GadgetWar Weapon Profile #1
Name: PCP-1 Semiautomatic Pistol
Type: It is a pistol.
Appearance: The pistol has a five inch barrel with long slide, made of stainless steel with a rosewood grip. It uses .45 Auto ammuntion and uses a double-stack sixteen round clip.
Abilities: Phife personally crafted this pistol to have a nice balance of power and accuracy. The pistol's versatility is also to be remarked: it even can fire underwater! The second function, as with most pistols, is a pistol whip.
Other: The pistol can be fitted with attachments, including supressors, scopes, laser sights, tactical flashlights, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------
GadgetWar Weapon Profile #2
Name: DeathSpy
Type: It is a Spy Bot.
Appearance: It looks exactly like a DrugSpy, except that it is colored crimson red and has a drill bit in place of the dart launcher.
Abilities: The DeathSpy works by using its hollow drill bit to bore into the victim's head. Once the drill bit works its way through the skull, a small explosive charge is pulsed through the drill bit, causing the victim's head to explode. The explosion usually destroys the DeathSpy itself.
Other: It moves just like any other Spy Bot.

Vehicles
--------
Name: Grievis
Class: It is a modified Interceptor.
Appearance: It looks like an Area 51 Interceptor robot, but it is modified to enable a human to ride it. Unlike the usual human-piloted Hoverbike, Grievis can gain altitude.
Armaments: Grievis is armed with dual vulcan cannons mounted on the front and has either a mortar launcher for ground combat or a rocket launcher for air combat attached on the back of the craft, aimed upwards at an angle.
Features: It is equipped with a navigation/targeting computer that aids in combat and short/long range detection. The computer also has security features so that only Phife can pilot it.
History: During a skirmish within Area 51, Phife came across a customized Area 51 Interceptor being built by an engineer. Before the engineer could perfect the security features, he was killed, leaving Phife to finish the job and allow him to operate it. Since that day, Grievis has been an invaluable asset to Phife.
Advantages: Grievis is fast and maneuverable and can gain altitude. If Phife wears an internal breathing device, Grievis can travle under water or outside of Earth's atmosphere.
Disadvantages: There is no shielding equipped on Grievis, and little armor to protect it, so Phife again relies on speed.
Other: The onboard weapons, derived from Laptop Guns, a Devastor/Rocket Launcher, can be removed from the craft and used as normal firearms by Phife.

"He claims to be the Final Hazard? I'm not surprised." - SkedarHunter
Many a combatant encountered the strange, but formidible enigma of Phife. Known to have used unconventional methods of manslaughter (most notably the use of tin cans), Phife's name since the beginning of the PDBA spread like wildfire.
Phife was brought to life in the first day of the year 2000 as a part of an experimental weapons program conceived by the CEO and Supervising Scientist of Devin Arms, Dr. Morgan himself. He is the seventh and final unit of a deadly force of assault androids, labeled Alpha (and nicknamed Alphonso), Beta (Bettan), Gamma (Gamrus), Delta (Deltav), Elipson (Elipsis), Kappa (Kapron), and Phi (Phife). Phife is idenified as a SEAL (Sapient Extermination Android Life-Type), which is a living version of the Lifeless-Types that the other six belong to. Instead of a fully synthetic body frame, Phife was biologically grown in a test tube to have genetics similar to his robotic brothers. His body is normally human except that his nervous system is replaced by an algorithmic computer and sensory system. Also, Alphonso and Bettan have a module that allows them to fuse together to form the superandroid Omega (Omegron), which was designed to be at the same level of ability as Phife. The androids together represent the lethal squad known as The Seven SEALs of the Apocalypse.
At the age of six, Phife was transferred to the old Lucerne Tower for combat training while Morgan was busy with another project to suppliment the Seven SEALs. dataDyne was given permission to wipe Phife's memory and issue a civilian name to him, Rex Hazard. Under dataDyne, Phife was trained intensively and quickly became proficient in every firearm designed by dataDyne. He soon favored an officer's self defense pistol, the DY-357 Magnum. Studies by dataDyne scientists also noted that he developed a strong dexterity and running speed.
At the age of eighteen, Phife's training was completed and highly acomplished. However, dataDyne was still not to return Phife to Devin Arms until 2025, so Phife was stationed to guard the elevator leading to the Research Complex. There, he befriended Alex Tacmond, a Shock Trooper, and Percival Greenbottle, a scientist. For five years, the three worked in the underground complex.
One day in 2023, Phife was stationed back at the elevator when Cassandra De Vries' signature appeared on his R-Tracker. Since the company Chairwoman appeared to be going down the elevator, Phife prepared to salute. When the elevator appeared empty, Phife examined the elevator when he was knocked unconscious. He regained consciousness to see an unauthorized soldier walking out of the elevator with the prototype sapient that dataDyne kept in the labs. He called for alarm, but was quickly knocked out once again.
Upon waking, he discovered that the Lucerne Tower was filled with the dead bodies of his peers. He was relieved to find Alex and Percival alive, since they were both knocked out as well when Percival was watching Alex test out the K7 Avenger prototype. All of them decided to abandon dataDyne as they left the tower. They took life in downtown Chicago to make a living. Alex became a bartender at the Pond Punk, Percival opened up a custom shop for modern firearms, and Phife began life as a mercenary/assassin. On one of his jobs, Phife ran into competition, one Dark181st. From there, not only did a long-lasting rivalry begin, but so did his involvement in the PDBA.
