Lucario is a solitary Pokemon, shunning the company of both people and other Pokemon alike. He spends his days training and honing his skills, and considers himself the guardian of the frozen mountain where he makes his home. However, of late there has been an unsettling feeling in the air, as if an evil aura had descended upon the mountain itself. Lucario has taken it upon himself to uncover the source of this disturbance...

As a Pokemon, Lucario shares some common traits with others of his kind. While magic is unknown in their world, all Pokemon have a large reserve of TP, and frequently a wide array of techniques to use them with, and Lucario is no exception. As he has spent much of his time honing his body into a weapon, Lucario also possesses superior ATK and AGL, though his special stats are not nearly as spectacular.
Lucario uses his own natural weaponry and defenses most of the time, though he can also equip certain special types of weapons and armor.

(3 TP) Foresight: Removes any evasion boosts on the target, as well as any penalties to the user's accuracy, and any associated status effects that would have caused them. If any of these conditions is provided by an Innate Technique, then the effect of that Innate is negated for the remainder of the battle. However, additional boosts or penalties that are applied after Foresight is used will take effect normally.
