The hit connects solidly though the creature didn't fall. Ignoring the pain from the attacks of the three creatures Lucario gave another feral snarl and brought around his left paw for an uppercut to his target creature, though his strength seemed to be waning. The fight looked hopeless... but he would at least take down one, and would fight to the very bitter end. Not that he had much of a choice...

With that blow Lucario grinned cruelly as he knew he'd beaten the thing. But he quickly yelped in pain as the other two both pummeled him again, this time square in the back. He wasn't dead yet though... and as he fell forward he placed his paws on the ground and spun, delivering a swift kick to the head of one of the creatures.

Lucario fought valiantly, attacking the shadow creatures despite their repeated blows. However, the one he struck down only dissolved into a puddle of shadow motes, and even as he watched, more of the creatures rose to take its place. Even as he succumbed to their assault and his consciousness faded, he could see the swarm of shadow motes begin to overtake him, working their way up his body to blot out the light and consume him...

Lucario awoke with a start and jolted upright into a standing position nearly instantaneously. He found himself standing atop a bed in a small room paneled in wood, and lit by the light of the sun from a single window. Only the bed he stood on and a small nightstand next to it furnished the room. Thankfully, he was alone, and there was no sign that the shadow motes or dark creatures even existed at all...

Bumblebee's blow connects with salvo as the weakened zaptrap attempts another attack. Bumblebee easily brushes off the attack as salvo uses the opertunity to fire a mortar. Bumblebee is fast, however and manages to side step the mortar before coming at salvo again, a hard punch aimed strait at his head.

Bumblebee aimed his blow well, and the clone's head crumpled from the impact, causing it to slump to the ground and stop moving. As his breathing slowed from his initial start Lucario looked around at his surroundings. Noticing his pains were gone he looked himself over briefly. Sure enough all his injuries were healed and gone already. 'What is this place...? Where is my home? How'd I get here...?' Were a few of the many questions that raced through his mind as he observed the room and began using all his senses, sight, smell, hearing, even his heightened aura senses, to try and decipher anything he could about this place. Finally, he climbed down off the bed and began heading towards the window, hopefully to see where he was. however, he remained on edge as he moved. His tail twitched softly behind him as he stepped lightly, ready to turn and attack or defend against anything, even those odd black creatures should they reappear...

"Good evening everyone, and welcome back to the Tokyo Chef's Colosseum for another exciting episode of Titanium Cook!" said the announcer exuberantly into his microphone in Japanese, "Tonight we have a cooking battle for the ages, where two of the premier chefs in the world will take on each other in a contest to see who can impress our judges the most with today's theme entree!"
"But first, let's meet our challenger: She's a well known chef who travels across the globe to demonstrate her cooking prowess! She has defeated several of our Titanium Cooks here in Chef's Colosseum before, and tonight she returns to challenge them again! Let's hear it for fan-favorite, MAMA!"
Mama ran in from offstage to the raucous cheers of the studio audience, and waved to them as she approached the announcer.
"Welcome back to Chef's Colosseum, Mama!" said the announcer once the noise had died down a bit, "Would you like to say anything to your fans before we begin?"

LUCARIO
As Lucario used his mind to try and reach out to anything nearby, he was nearly overwhelmed by the myriad of sensations as he came into contact with dozen of beings at once. He quickly withdrew, and checked the window to see where this place was.
The outside of the window showed a scene of bustling activity. Lucario seemed to be inside a building in the middle of a city, which explained the presence of so many others, buth the residents were unlike anyone he had ever seen before. While there was no lack of humans in the throngs of people, he also saw many who seemed to be half-human, half-pokemon. Several Mankey-men passed by as he watched, and another appeared to be half-Growlithe, though the coloration was all wrong. Confused, Lucario couldn't help but wonder what sort of place this was...

"Great Mew..." Lucario muttered to himself at the unbelievable sight. He knew cities existed and housed many people and pokemon... but hybrids, let alone so many, and how was it even possible...? Intrigued Lucario continued to watch for a moment before turning away from the window to once again examine the room. Seeing no one outside seemed to mean any harm, and having not felt any particularly malicious aura's nearby he relaxed a little. Though this was still a strange place, and he had no idea how he got here or where his home was, but he could start looking for answers at least.
