Timothy Marx taps his fingers on the armrest impatiently. He stares at his expensive Rolex and only frowns slightly. Looking around to pass the time, he focuses on the hallway, waiting for the Cheif Executive to arrive. His hands now clutch around his breifcase, black with the light blue insignia of the dataDyne Corperation.
A few minutes later, two figures enter from a large door in the hallway Marx was transfixed in minutes before. One figure is relatively taller than his companion, approximately an inch below six feet, and the other person around 5'6". The smaller man holds a clipboard holding random papers and wears a set of glasses. The bored frown on Marx's face diminishes as he approches the two people. He faces the smaller man.
Timothy Marx: Good afternoon, Doctor Morgan. I am dataDyne rep-
Large Man: (interrupting) Erhmm, sir. I am Doctor Morgan. He is my assistant.
Timothy Marx: (gasps) I am terribly sorry, sir.
Doctor Morgan: (ignores the situation) I assume you are here for the possible transaction of one of my products, are you not?
Timothy Marx: Yes.
Doctor Morgan: Then let us waste no further time. Come along.
Marx follows the duo of Morgan and his assistant through the inner complex. Several personel flood the hallways, apparently heading to different sectors. The three men take a left at the next hallway and enter a large servie elevator. Waiting until the elevator doors slide shut, Morgan and the assistant each take out keys and insert the two keys into the keypad. A hidden retinal scanner appears from behind a sliding panel, and Morgan scans his eyes.
Panel: ACCESS GRANTED.
The elevator shifts for a second, then the elevator begins its descent into the deepest levels of the DevianTech complex. The doors finally open after a whole minute of movement. Ahead of the three men is a dark passage. Morgan merely presses a button on his own Rolex, and the lights glow instantaneously. Surrounding Marx, Morgan and the assiastant is a wall of seven glass capsules, six of them containing what appear to be human beings.
Morgan: This is Project SEAL. The men that you see within these glass vessels are not real humans. Rather, they are the first true artificial humans. On the inside of these machines are an array of military miracles that can change the battlefield as we know it.
Marx: I see.
Morgan: There is one specific model that is different than the other six.
Morgan presses all of the buttons on his watch at the same time. A figure hovers up into the vacant capsule. It is similar in appearance to the other artifical humans, except it has a "P"-like red insignia on its forehead, and within the opening of the insignia, a white crossed "o" is implanted.
Morgan: Model seven is different from the artificial humans, since it is NOT made of machinery, except for a complex computer chip implanted in the brain. Unlike the six mechanical models, this is a biotic model: a creature built as a human with every type of tissue and bodily function. The chip in the brain allows the creature to rapidly learn combat techniques and override hormonal glands, creating the ultimate man of destruction. Mr. Marx, I bring you model "Phi", also known as Phife.
Marx: So how is dataDyne involved.
Morgan: I was about to answer that question. We are willing to fund your company, dataDyne, and provide it with further weapons models to make dataDyne the most impactful weapons company in the World. Our request is that you place Phife through combat training and monitor its progress for a period of twenty years.
Marx: ...consider it done. Our CEO will not be displeased.
Morgan: (nods) I also suggest that you give Phife a regular human identity. I'll deactivate the ID insignia on his forehead and have it airlifted to the dataDyne Corperation by noon tomorrow.
Later, the helicoptor leaves the complex, and Marx is hard at work attempting to give Phife a human identity.
Marx: (reading) Name- Rex Hazard. Gender- Male. Age- Twenty years. Occupation...
* * *
Shock Trooper: 20 Center, 3 Zone 1, and 2 Zone 2; out of 25. Nice work, Rex.
Standing in the shooting range, holding a DY-357 Magnum in his right hand, the enigmatic Phife smirks at his shooting performance.
Rex Hazard: I still need to get better though, Alex. Have Doctor Greenbottle run the program again.
Alex Tacmond, in the Shock Trooper uniform, motions to ther scientist at the computer. Another target sight loads, and Rex slides in more .357 Magnum rounds into the chambers of his revolver...

OOC: Didn't get all of it finished, I'll do that later today. Prologue Part 3[/u]
Phoenix smiled as he watched little civilian Skedar scuttle up the shuttle getting to their seats as quick as possible. They had a good reason to be quick, the crafts engines were starting, and a booming voice over the intercom growled, “Launching in 30 seconds. All must be seated within 15 seconds.” Phoenix’s muscles went tensed and he waited. It seemed like an eternity before he shook a little in his seat as the shuttle darted vertically into the air. Hovering in the air for a second, the shuttle began to align itself skyward and began to accelerate rapidly. Even though Phoenix was not unaccustomed to this, he still sat tense in his seat. Phoenix was used to being the one piloting the vessel. Phoenix waited and waited, fighting the gravity fighting him. In an instant, the effect of the gravity pushing him began to lessen, and the fuselage began to seem colder. Phoenix looked at the window to his left, and he confirmed his thoughts, they had left the atmosphere. The intercom confirmed once more, “We have breached the atmosphere,” it growled, “We will enter the freighter in 5 hours.” Phoenix sighed, and decided he had to burn some time. Phoenix yawned, and then lied back on his chair. He would sleep for the next while.
------------------------------- When Phoenix awoke, the area around him seemed busy. All the Skedar on board, big or small, were departing. They were on the freighter. Phoenix smiled and stood up, pushing through the aisle making his way to an exit. As he exited the shuttle down a small flight of stairs, someone gave him a slip saying the room number he was to stay in for the journey. Phoenix however, had no intent in staying, and instead walked over to a Skedar fighter he saw in the docking bay. By it, its respectful pilot was polishing the fighter up and making repairs. Phoenix approached him.
“You tagging along with this vessel or are you planning to transfer to go somewhere else?”
“Staying. Who are you anyways and why do you ask?”
“I am someone who his changing your flight plans.” Phoenix said as he let his wrist-mounted bayonet slide out and stabbed the Skedar in the chest. He then used his other free hand to hit the Skedar across the face while kicking him in the chest. Very soon he was unconscious. Phoenix dragged him into his own fighter, winking at the traffic control window before shutting the hatch to the fighter. He started the fighter up, and began to lift off and fly out ship’s open shields.

OOC: Just have a little more of it left. Make a post about me arriving on Earth finally and voila....
Prologue Part 4[/b]
Phoenix steered the Skedar Aerofighter around space, looking through the viewscreen for something. He planned the date of his escape very carefully because he knew something would be at the docking point with other transport vessels. And Phoenix spotted it.
While spinning the craft around, a large Skedar Assault ship came into view. Phoenix accelerated immediately toward the vessel. The massive warship became larger and larger as Phoenix approached it, and at that point he honoured how massive the war machine was. As the ship began to cast a shadow on Phoenix’ hijacked Skedar fighter, a voice boomed over the communications system, “Unidentified assault fighter, please identify yourself.”
“Tell your captain my pilot ID is 15-667.”
“I am sorry, we do not recognize individual ID’s”
“I said tell your captain and it will be recognized,” Phoenix growled angrily.
After a long pause, the voice finally replied, “You have been cleared, shields are being lowered. Welcome aboard.
Phoenix smiled and began to steer the craft towards the open docking bay. The Skedar fighter glided into the bay, and softly touched down. Phoenix opened the fighters hatch and hopped out. On the other side of the hangar, he saw the large elevator doors open, and a group of warriors, and the captain of the ship, began walking to Phoenix. Phoenix stood still, and watched as they surrounded the fighter Phoenix was standing on. Suddenly they bowed, and the Captain came forward.
“Commander Phoenix, I never thought I would see you again,” Captain Inmatsiir said. Inmatsiir once served under Phoenix, and was still loyal to him.
“So we are leaving to Terra Inmatsiir?”
“I will be your ferry Phoenix. While so, I have things to show you, come with me.”
Phoenix followed Inmatsiir and his warriors across the hangar. When Inmatsiir was finished, there was a green Skedar fighter with black stripes running along a few points. “Here is your new fighter,” Inmatsiir smiled, “Twin double barreled laser cannons, lock-on Slayer missiles, ECM jamming suit, Anti-missile system, all the usual.” Inmatsiir seemed very pleased with his work. “Oh and I have more for you,” he said, hopping on top of the fighter and pulling out a box. He threw the box in front of Phoenix, and hopped down next to him and opened it. In there was the usual weapons. Phoenix spotted his Reaper, a Mauler, grenades, and cloaking device.
Inmatsiir then bent over to the box, and lifted the floor of it apparently, revealing more stuff. Phoenix spotted a Skedar bomb and some sort of rifle. “This, my friend,” Inmatsiir explained, “Is what we call a K7B, or “Hunter”. When Skedar engineers helped DataDyne make new weapons, they got some new ideas and created this weapon. Run off plasma instead of bullets, it operates just as its counterpart, the K7 Avenger. Only difference is it uses Skedar ammunition, and it has a 35 round magazine.” Inmatsiir handed the rifle to Phoenix, who inspected it. The Hunter looked just like the Avenger, except it was bulkier and shorter, in the metallic colour of most Skedar weapons, and the barrel was longer with blades above and below it. It also had a scope.
“I can not thank you enough,” Phoenix said. He placed the weapons back in the crate, and Inmatsiir signaled for some warriors to place it in the fighter. “Will we be leaving soon?”
“We will be at Terra within the hour,” Inmatsiir said, beginning to walk with Phoenix.
“Excellent, can I ask you a favour?”
“Sure.”
“I sort of brung a passenger along with that fighter, mind making him feel at home when he wakes up?”
Inmatsiir laughed, “Sure thing, friend.”

OOC: By the by, can we use non-PD weapons in evolution?
Dagon woke up sweating. His pillow was drenched in sweat. Sweat or slobber. Probably Sweat.
"Whoa," He exclaimed, clutching his forehead, and peeling himself off the bedsheets. He glanced at the clock. 5:30. This was the usual time for Dagon to get up, as he usually had nightmares like the one last night. But, again like usual, he couldn't remember what the nightmare was. Shrugging off his sleepieness, he trudged into the kitchen to start up some coffee. After it was brewing, he walked over to the window to open the blinds. He braced himself as sunlight filled the dank apartment he called home. He tried to get used to the light, while his eyes narrowed back into their little slits.
*Ding*
"Coffe's done." He said, although he didn't know why. He took a cup, and poured some irish cream into it. black coffee's gross. He walked about two feet into his "living room", flicking a cockroack off the table as he did. He sat down on the sofa, turned on the T.V. and watched some news. He whipped out a lighter, flicked it a few times until it worked, a lit the little candle beside the able. It was held by a daemonic-looking statue with wierd marking all over it. But, that was the style when you were vaudun.
Nothing intresting was happening, so Dagon decieded to go out for a bit. He didn't go to work until nightfall. He opened his apartment door, exposing the seemingly-endless hallway. He knocked on the door next to him, Somthing waved past the eyehole, and the door opened. There stood a tall man, who stood about two feet above Dagon. He was a muscleman, unlike Dagon, and it would look like the tall man could easily crush Dagon's head like a cherry.
"Hey." "Sup." "Wanna go cruisin'?" "Sure."
With that said, The two of them walked acroos the hall, opened the stairwell door, and began their descent. Just in front on the exit, the tall man stopped.
"Dag." "Yea?" "Your glasses." "Whoa, close call. Thanks, Sean."
They walked into the car lot. Dagon pulled out his keys and pushed the unlock button. Of all the cars, the one that went *whoop whoop* Was the nicest car there by far. The two of them walked over to the sleek form of a Mercedes, and climbed inside. Sean chimed in, amused.
"Dag, if you didn't spend so much money in your car, you wouldn't have to live in a grubby apartment you know."
"I know, but look at..." He said, turning the keys in the ignition, creating the smoothest VROOOOOM sound anyone had ever heard. "....the results." Dagon finished, smiling. As the Bases kicked in, vibrating the ground below them, Sean yelled,
"Hey." "Yea." "What kind of name i Dagon anyway?" "Shuttup, pukeface."
They rolled out onto the streets of Miami, and dissappeared into the traffic.

Well.. Golden Magnum did, and ever since PDBA moved to these boards it seems to be getting more and more relaxed, with less restrictions. I suppose we can, and my gun would prolly be allowed under normal circumstances seeing as it is just an avenger with larger magazine and different name

Date: June 20th Time: 12:55pm Location: La Trelida Cloaked Space Station, Earth's Orbit
The leader of La Trelida: Christian Trelida slammed his fist onto the planning table in frustration, The Generals that were also gathered around jumped, they always did. "When will Holbrook be dead, It's been three days and he has still evaded all our attempts on his life!" shouted Christian "I have been very patient with all of you.", he picked up a rolled up piece of paper and flattened it on the planning table. "You have indeed been very patient with us sir" said one of the Generals "But Snakelord is one of the best warriors in the universe. PDBA hardened, he has battled the great PhoeniX, Golden Magnum, Neo Phife, He's incredibley skilled." "We also have new information." said another General "And what's that!" Christian spat "Snake is returning to his home planet of Charon tomorrow, we'll attack his ship when it leaves the atmosphere from there." said the second General, pointing out the veiwport at a dark mass in the Pacific ocean. "For your sake, I hope so" said Christian

I think Golden Magnum was still within that one rule allowing any weapons from PD/Goldeneye/TWINE/etc., and I think 007 Nightfire fits in with that.
BTW, I'll post the next section of my character's history after I recover from the surgery I just got a few hours ago.

OOC: I forgot to italize ship names as I typed this in word, and I did not bother putting HTML coding in there...
Prologue Part 5-Farewell (Final part)[/b]
Phoenix looked up from his thought as he was on the bridge of the Fire Phoenix (doubt any of you remember these names from legions, but I managed to dig out my notepad document that had these names) as Inmatsiir bellowed, “We are in system, Phoenix, we will be arriving at Terra within the day.” Phoenix smiled. He did not remember how Inmatsiir got a hold of the Fire Phoenix; he remembered his old craft to be a transport freighter, the Swan’s Belly, but either way he was glad Inmatsiir had an assault ship to command.
After a moments thought Phoenix replied, “Alright, message my fighter when we are in orbit of Terra, I will be preparing myself now.”
---------------------------
Captain Inmatsiir told Phoenix that they were close to Terra, and he should make any final checks not to long ago. An hour had passed since then, and Phoenix was seated in his own fighter, The Deadly Pigeon, when the comm. link in the fighter finally burst out, “Commander Phoenix, we are in orbit of Terra. Half of the old Phoenix Guard says they will be willing to escort you to the atmosphere, then you are on your own.”
“I can not thank you enough, Inmatsiir. You have been kind to me, and helped me after such a long time. You are a great friend, and I will be sure to repay you some day. I will leave now, assemble the guard. I have business on this planet I must attend to, but I assure you, some day I will be back to the Homeworlds, and I will get my revenge on the people who treated me like dust. Wait for that day, Inmatsiir, and perhaps I will repay you the kindness and loyalty you have shown me. “Now once I depart, return to the Homeworlds as fast as possible and remember, this trip never happened.”
After a long pause, Inmatsiir replied, “The Guard is ready, you may depart Phoenix. Farewell, and stay with honour Commander Karacheev.”
With that, Phoenix began the lift off sequence of his fighter, and soon afterwards it burst out of the Fire Phoenix’s hangar, followed by 6 other Skedar fighters of the Phoenix Guard.

As night fell over Miami, The Mercedes drove into the apartment carport. Out clambered Dagon, helping to support his friend Sean, who was punch-drunk.
"Let's get you to your apartment, eh Sean?" Sean started to walk with him, although he was very woozy.
"GEEZ, Maan! Why'D YOU haVe to draaaag me outofdere...... Dem chicks wuz checkin' me out dey was...."
"They were running away from you. What are you talking about?"
"It's just....vashadada....." He managed to so eliquantly put, before he passed out in Dagon's arms.
"Well, I can't carry you up the stairs, and I have to get to work." Dagon said, covering Sean with a blanket he had in the back of his car, looked at his watch, and jogged out the carport door.
Several minutes later, he arrived in the cemetary, where his clients waited. There was a low fog rolling amonysly over the many hills inside the graveyard. The two clients were bolth a man and a female, married.
"So, this is the grave?" Dagon asked, his sunglasses now off, but noone could still see his eyes.
"Yes." They replied. Dagon had been hired to raise their dead son from the grave, probably because the parents had some things they needed to tell him, be it good or bad. Anyway, Dagon began chanting a voodoo ritual. He spread his arms upwards, getting louder as he did. Suddenly, a hand broke the surface, pulling the rest of the child's body with it. Dagons began to walk away.
"You've got thirty minutes before he goes back to rest." He said, but he overheard something they were saying, wich was
"...And that is why monstrosities, like one Dagon Andrews, should be locked away for what they do. This is CCTV coming to you live at Miami cemetary."
As Dagon turned around to look at what was happening, the camraman who had been hiding in the bushes tuned his seeker light on Dagon's face, revealing his eyes to the world, wich would not help his reputation very much.
"Oh crap. The whole world is gonna hear about this...."
OOC: If someone wants to join up storywise, go right ahead. I was a little rushed so this might not be very discriptive or whatever....

The light glow from Terra, better known as Earth, came closer and closer to Phoenix in his aerospace fighter. Before it enveloped him, he heard the voices of one of his former comrades boom through the comm. system. “Commander Karacheev, it has been great seeing you again, but we must depart. I send you my salutes, fare well.”
“Agreed. Farewell.” “Farewell.”
“Farewell.”
“Farewell.”
“Farewell. I hope to see you some day again.”
After all those comments, the 6 fighters, half of the Phoenix Guard, pulled upwards away from Terra, and began to make the long journey back to the Fire Phoenix. “You will see me again…” Phoenix muttered, before finally saying out loud to the comm. system “Farewell and I thank you for your assistance.”
Phoenix had no choice but to continue onwards. He began to accelerate his fighter straight into the lumbering sphere ahead of him. The fighter began to shake, and Phoenix felt the air get hotter as usual with re entry. Flashes of heat pulsed across the view screen, and Phoenix had to rely completely on electronics for navigation. He did the best he could to direct himself towards North America, towards the city of Chicago. He had a hunch someone would be there, and he knew where.
As much as he trusted technology, Phoenix did not completely trust his navigations equipment until he saw for himself. And Phoenix did upon entering the Stratosphere. Ahead, or below, him was land. Better yet, a big city seemed to come into view as Phoenix’ fighter began to speed up very quickly. He cut the acceleration, and let gravity carry him towards the ground for the time being. Soon afterwards, he increased throttle again, and aligned his fighter horizontally. The move put a lot of pressure on Phoenix as inertia got to him, but it decelerated the craft. Phoenix then spiraled downwards towards a beacon on his nav. Bar, which led right to the Pond Punk.
Before long, and through the rain and storm, the familiar streets around the Pond Punk became visible. Phoenix smiled as he maneuvered his fighter above what once was the G5 building, and then set the fighter down on its helipad. Phoenix raised the fighter’s wings, shut down its systems, then got out of his restraints in his command seat, and moved to the small weapons crate behind the chair. He equipped his Mauler, grenades, cloaking device, then slung the newly acquired “Hunter” across his back.
Now all he had to do was meet up with Razor.

The cloaked pair walked out from the bar, Notesurfer still in his young form, and Razor slightly buzzed. The wind began to blow hard, causing their cloaks to fly back behind them. The rain intensified, blowing into Razor's face. Razor signaled to Notesurfer to follow him into the gutter, and he followed apprehensively. "Didn't want to unsheath my wings out in the middle of the street," he explained, "so here, stand in front of me and put your arms out and I'll carry you up."
Notesurfer complied and Razor's wings pushed out from under the weighted cloak. He gripped the smaller Notesurfer's underarms and used his wings to assist his jump to the roof. Razor began to shout in some odd language that Notesurfer couldn't understand. Notesurfer nearly fell when the main weapons of a Skedar Shuttle appeared right in front of his face.
"So this is where Phoenix has been hiding."
"Actually, he just got here, right friend?"
Phoenix stepped out of the shuttle and greeted the two with a traditional Skedar bow. "Are the others here?" Razor asked.
"They will be here soon, I was forced to employ...other methods of leaving the homeworld. Blasted government..."
"If religion had any say in government, you know you wouldn't have been put through that...Majora would see to that."
"True...but it's not, is it?"
"Maybe the revival of the homeworld will change their minds."
"What?"
"Don't tell me you've forgotten Phoenix. This is why I called you here. We need to collect the Gem of Light and the Stone of Chaos. Once we have the three and we place them in the altar on the homeworld, the revival will take place. That is what I was told by the shaman named Sven. You know, he commands one of the battleships that was put under my command."
"Oh yes, the small one, right?"
"Right. Anyway, I know where the Gem of Light is. Problem? It's inside the Mecha Suit, which is under heavy security at one of Eurelco's secret R&D bases. We've got to hurry, before they start to mass produce. Chances are the Platinum Dragon will be overseeing testing, so keep your guard up. Sinim and Majora will meet us there. Any questions? Good, let's go!"
OOC: okay a little rule for this. You guys can post battle scenes and such, but anything to do with the story (getting the crystals, entering the base, etc.) will be handled by myself.

A voice came from above Razor and Notesurfer "Did I overhear you were attacking a Eurelco Base?" Said the voice of dataDyne Assassin Supersoldier Golden Magnum. "What, where the hell did you come from?" Razor asked. "Well, I am overhearing everything you said from above the bar window." Golden Magnum said. "Mind if I join? I could prove to be a useful ally" he added. "Uhh, sure, why not. We need all the help we can get. After all, Platinum' Dragon like to pack his facilities with s***loads of security." Notesurfer said. "Ok, I heard you were heading for the site near Hann Muenden, Germany. Now, I've been there before and it is really a heavy security place. You will definately need Infra-red goggles if you are even going to want to get in undetected because they've lined the place with invisible alarm lasers that will be activated if a motion detector attached to it goes off. Platinum Dragon probably activated these during mass production there so no one could disrupt. I've known him since he was created back in 2001 and he doesn't really like taking chances. However, the lasers are set up in a way that one can fit through them without triggering them. Platinum did this so his own men could get through." Golden Magnum said. "How do you know all this." Notesurfer said. "I accidently tripped those lasers. I had to abort the mission because of them" he replied. "Unfortunately, you learned the hard way" Razor said casually.
(OOC: I hope you don't mind me joining like this, Notesurfer)
