Notesurfer shot and was shot once again by the two guardsims. "Just one more hit, and that guy is a goner!" Pocketing his Magsec4, he pulled out a Falcon 2 and got a bead on the Guardsim . . .

No. As I said, there is a system underlying the madness here... Random chance conspires against you, it's not me.
If anyone really wants to know my event mechanics system, ask and I'll post it up. It's disappointingly simple...
On another note, I'm confused. GuardSim 1 should be dead (you fired at him with an empty clip, watch your ammo!), you just never reloaded.
BTW, I'll waive it this time around, but firing blanks will still provoke counterattacks from now on... Be cautious, watch your clip.
Niff, I can only assume you took the extra Falcon 2, but didn't double them up. Be explicit people!
N3B, you do know unarmed attacks only do 1/2 point of damage, right?
*Another EasySim enters from the side door.*
*Draxas looks around, wondering who to actually shoot at... He shoots Garrant, just because he showed up late.*

Notesurfer aimed the laser right at the temple of the guardsim and fired. The bullet sliced through the Guard's head and he fell to the ground, dead. Notesurfer rushed over to loot the body, and founda PP9i! As he turned to walk away he was shot in the back by the other guardsim.

The reason I can't agree with the "quick reload scheme" is because switching weapons is not a post-ending action, reloading is. Besides, it's programming oversight that your weapons reload, not realistic in any manner. I'm not even going to bring up the Shotgun...
You didn't get a dime for killing the GuardSim. Cash for kills is against players only, unless cash is in a Sim's reward column. So you can't afford the Magsec.
Attacking is a post-ending action. So you can't shop or switch weapons after blasting the Sim. Wait for your next post.
I'm going to pretend I didn't see you trying to attack twice in one post. Reload your Magsec, and try again.
You still want that Medikit?
One more thing. If you decide to sell that PP9i, the shopkeeper will give you $5 for it.
*An incredibly dense Meatsim stumbles through the door. He appears to be completely unarmed, as well as rather drunk*
*Shoots Ranger, because he still hasn't bothered to show up*

Actually, it totals to -2, because you never bought the medikit. See above. You need to declare all other actions before a post-ender, otherwise they don't count!

OOC: Draxas, you really need to clarify some things, and don't punish me for not reading your mind here. You never said that cash was for player kills only, as a matter of fact you specifically said "Bonus Cash" in the rules in reference to the sims, insinuating that there was more cash involved. I would also highly reccomend against placing too many sims in the arena, it's getting kind of hectic. Finally, I also reccomend that you do something about the inactive players, who have a distinct advantage over the active ones. I'm not out to ruin the game, it's just that subconciously I find that the best way to deal with a glitch in a system is to show it to the Administrator of the aforementioned system through my actions. I never thought I'd get in trouble for it o_0

OOC: Speaking of which, if you could make a list of post-ending actions so that we all know which actions end posts and which actions don't. I'm QUITE in the dark on that subject.

I modify the main rules every time something like this comes up... please check often if there are new posts there.
As for the inactive players, feel free to pummel them, they aren't fighting back. If this keeps up, I may shorten the inactive disqualification time though...
As for the Sims, I think my system (specifically one component of it) needs a little work. Or maybe it's a really crazy coincidence... Either way, point taken, and I am going to edit the underpinnings a bit. This should have no impact on the game beyond seeing fewer encounters...
I have clarified some of the rules, feel free to read them over. Please bear with me... This is essentially a "beta" of thi game, so it's not going to run real smoothly on the first go.
And I could SWEAR I posted a list of post ending actions yesterday... Am I going crazy? I'll repost it, it seems to have vanished...
*Another platform rises out of the floor. This time a simulant in green dataDyne combat armor steps off of the elevator. He pulls a CMP150 from his hip, and gets behind cover.*
*Draxas reconsiders his options, and buys a Medikit and a second Falcon 2. He uses 2 doses of the healing medicine, equips the second Falson 2 alongside his first, and waits...*
