BUMBLEBEE
Bumblebee started driving down one of the main streets of the city found not far from the impound. Though he was not sure whether he was headed in the right direction to leave city limits, he figured that any way would suffice until he could get his bearings.
The road he was on eventually began to run along the coast, giving it a very nice, scenic view of the beach and the ocean. However, after following the coastal route for a few minutes more, it began to head back inland and up a fairly steep hill. It wasn't long before he reached the end; the road ended in a loop that allowed for an easy U-turn. Just beyond the loop was an impressively tall tower. It seemed to be both a tourist destination and gathering place for the locals, considering the number of people milling about nearby.

LUCARIO
"Pub's easy to find," said Will nonchalantly, "Just head straight down the main road. At the second intersection, it'll be right on your left, at least if you're coming from here."
"You take care, and I'll see you tonight!"
As Lucario strode away from the arena, he kept an eye open for the pub. Sure enough, he spotted a small sign sporting a frothy mug hanging from the front of one of the buildings, right where Will said it would be. It surely wouldn't be terribly difficult to spot it again.
After a few more moments of walking, Lucario stood before the entrance to the inn once again.

THRALL
"The war?" asked the shopkeeper, "Well, I suppose it's always in the back everyone's minds, sure. But Zerard is the capital. If the Imperial Navy can't defend her home port, then we've already lost the war. Considering that we still have plenty of other planets in the Empire, and Daytron and the Galaxy Corporation are always making new advances to give us the edge, I don't think anyone thinks we're in any real danger here."
"That said, though, none of the other planets in Imperial space are as safe as Zerard. If you plan on traveling, you would be wise to have a weapons handy in case of trouble. That's pretty much the reason why I'm still in business!"

"I see..." Thrall pondered a moment...he'd had no gold on him, and had lost most of his possessions during the wreck. "How would one go about acquiring the gold necessary to purchase arms and travel? I've seen no mines since arriving here..."

"Gold?" asked the shopkeeper, cocking an eyebrow quizzically, "The only guys interested in gold anymore are those eggheads at the Daytron factory, they use it to make circuits or something. Man, what planet are you from? Imperial currency switched to Zehn ages ago."
"Anyway, if you're looking for a job, I don't really know what to tell you. People with technical skills tend to get snapped up by Daytron or Galaxy Corp pretty quickly. The rest of us either join the army or figure something else out, usually something catering to the out-of-towners. Can't say I'm hiring right now, though, if that's what you're asking."

Courteously Lucario bowed his head before leaving. Along his way he noted where the pub was, and what marked such a place in this world, before continuing to the Inn. once inside he headed to the room where he'd left Bow and Ryu. His conscious once again reared its head as he entered though and he looked to Ryu to see if he was still doing ok.

LUCARIO
As Lucario entered the room, Bow stood from the small chair he had been seated on near Ryu's bed. Ryu himself seemed to be sleeping peacefully, a great improvement over the pain he was in earlier.
"Hey, welcome back," said Bow as Lucario closed the door behind him, "Any news? How'd it go?"

"Well. There was some kind of accident with that magic you mentioned to me earlier. The building needed repaired. It is set to be reopened tomorrow." Lucario began as he looked for a chair of his own to sit down and rest his tired legs in.
"However... I suppose I showed enough interest with the second guardian of the gate. He said to meet him at a, "pub" later to meet an acquaintance of his who would see about entering me in their "grand reopening" ceremonies tomorrow." The pokemon continued as he relaxed and met Bow's gaze, wondering what he thought of all that had happened.

"Planet?" He pondered for a long moment...was he somehow transported to another planet, much like his people had traveled from Draenor to Azeroth? "I come from the world of Azeroth...but I do not know how I arrived here. I simply seek a means of returning home...if you could kindly provide me with some direction to achieve that, I would be grateful."

It seemed he was stuck. So he decided to go ahead and stop by the building an find out what the place was. Maybe there would be something useful there. He pulled up to the building to park and sent his holodriver to scope the place out.

LUCARIO
"So you made a connection with someone who works there? That's a great start," said Bow, "If you can get involved right away when the events restart, that should jumpstart the investigation pretty quickly."
"So you're headed to the pub later?" he asked with a twinkle in his eye and a big grin to match, "Don't have too much fun without me, now."

Lucario nodded in agreement, as well as pride, with bow's conclusion that the new connection he'd made would provide a good start to their task, but as Bow continued Lucario blinked and quickly became confused.
"What do you mean? I've heard of 'parties' but they're not dangerous... are they?" Lucario questioned, wondering just what bow's look was suggesting he had gotten himself into... though it seemed Bow would rather enjoy being in his place.

"So you're not from the Guin system, then," replied the shopkeeper, "I've never even heard of Azeroth, but I'm not much of a traveler. I suppose someone at the spaceport might be able to help you with travel, assuming they know your planet anyway. The Galaxy Corporation might also be able to find that on a star chart for you."
"Of course, the curiosity is killing me," he said, leaning forward a bit, "How in the heck did you wind up on Zerard in the first place, if you didn't take a ship?"

BUMBLEBEE
As Bumblebee's holodriver stepped out of the door, he was able to spot a small plaque nearby through a crowd of sightseers. He directed his holoavatar to have a closer look, and was able to sneak her into a gap between people.
The plaque read:
COIT TOWER
Coit Tower was constructed in 1933, thanks to a generous donation from the late Mrs. Coit. In her will, she specified that one thrid of her significant fortune be used by the city to help beautify the city. The City Council decided to construct a monument, including a memorial to Mrs. Coit, on the tallest hill in the area so that it could be seen by all residents.
Bumblebee noticed other plaques placed regularly around the base of the tower, presumably detailing more of the tower's history, and each with a small group of tourists gathered around it. However, he was already stretching the maximum distance of his holoemitters as it was.

LUCARIO
"Hey, it's a party in a pub," he responded, still grinning, "Who knows what might happen? Sounds like fun, though!"
