Ranger finds little of note on the decesed kobolds, short of some very poorly groomed fur and a rather foul stench.

Deciding to give up on it he begins to move them into the room into the corner so that he can shut the door again. After doing so he goes over to check the door with the rubble blocking it

A closer examination of the blocked door revealed it as a rather hopeless cause. Some sort of cave-in had blocked the passage beyond long ago, and the rubble was piled up nearly to the celing of the passage. Peering over the top into the small gap left, Ranger could see that the debris went back several feet before they piled high enough that he could not see beyond them. He scrabbled futilely at the detritus before giving up; he could dig at it for a very long time without making any headway. It was hardly a wonder that the hinges on this room's door had been left to rust.

Ranger made his way out of the room and started again down the tunnel to the next door

All was quiet now, save the sound of Ranger's footsteps as he headed down the hall. The next door seemed to be much better maintained than the last, and no trace of rust could be seen on any of the metal. Even the wood was in much better condition than normal, and did not seem to be rotted at all. Emblazoned on the upper part of the door was a sigil of two crossed halberds, though the meaning of the symbol was unclear.

Ranger opened the door and went inside closing it behind him. He scanned the room.

The door creaked only slightly as Ranger swung it open, reinforcing the idea that this was a well-used area. Of course, so did the room that was revealed behind it.
Rows upon rows of bunk beds, apparently left over from the days when the castle was intact but well maintained nonetheless, lined the walls of the room, which stretched onward for some distance. Apparently this was once a barracks for the guards, and it seemed the current inhabitants had decided to use it as such as well. Most of the beds were currently empty, but several were being used by sleeping goblins who were assumedly off duty.
Ranger felt fortunate that the door was well maintained; this area seemed to be a little bit too luxurious for the average goblin...

The room is very large, and there are many bunks, so it's difficult to tell for sure. At least 3 in close proximity, however.

Ranger gathering his situation carefully turned around and began to get out before he woke any of them. He was sure a fight here would not end well for him. He made his way back down to the main courtyard.

It seemed that Ranger's luck was better on the way out, and he reached the courtyard without incident.

He looked again at his paths to choose from and made for the right most door.
